As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be crucial in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes, contributing to the overall success of the sales department. You will collaborate with internal teams, assist in managing customer accounts, and handle various tasks to enhance the sales team's productivity
Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with customer requirements.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to provide order status updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including contracts, quotes, and customer records.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant departments to monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing schedules.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
Training: Train new team members on sales processes and systems to facilitate onboarding.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred.
