　　Introduction:

　　Lead & Manage FIP design team to deliver best in class FIPs & provide design service for internal & external customer

　　Your Job:

　　Work with:

　　TSO, SBU, AM, FAE & customer to develop and gain new business

　　internal TD/Fab, IPPM and customer to define new product and set milestone

　　senior management on cost, budget, resources and future growth plan

　　senior management & HR to improve employee morale and continue to build talent

　　Provide:

　　direction to the team to deliver on time & meet/exceed customer’s expectation

　　direction & resource to resolve issues

　　leadership in improving design methods and procedures

　　technical advice to the design community

　　career advice to and motivate the subordinates

　　Other Responsibilities:

　　· Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　● Education- Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

　　● Years of Experience- 20+ years of FIP ( Lib, Memory, IO ) E2E design ( Arch to Si debug) and management experience.

　　● Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

　　● Physical Capacity Demands

　　Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
