Description

　　Our client, a growing but established Consumer Products company has a great opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team! Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist include but are not limited to:

　　full scope administrative support to entire sales team

　　providing new product information to customers and answering their questions on current or future orders

　　handle customer orders in regards to tracking, shipments, and follow

　　assessing inventory in sample room, packing samples, and shipping out

　　assist in expense reports for sales team

　　work closely with product development, marketing, operations, and accounting department personnel

　　helping customers with any escalated issues or problems

　　maintain customer database

　　Requirements

　　Candidates applying to this position should have a retail background or light exposure to the consumer products industry. Degree is a plus but not required. Recent graduates and retail professionals are encouraged to apply ASAP!
