Sales Support Engineer (Entry Level) - Strongsville, OH - JOB 23-00703Salary Range: $56,000 Permanent Position with BenefitsA Strongsville Manufacturing Company is seeking an Entry Level Sales Support Engineer. The Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Engineer will be to support Order Entry and RFQ's. Support invoicing of progress billings and follow-up on payment. Support area Sales Managers and VP of Sales.Requirements:• Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Mechanical (static, rotating and/or piping) or Process Engineering.• 1 to 2 years' experience in Customer Service/Technical Customer Service• Chemical Industry experience is a plus.• Knowledge of machining & manufacturing of chemical process equipment preferred but not required.• Familiarity with reading blueprints, part lists, technical documents preferred.• Knowledge of SAP-systems software preferred.• Must have excellent communications skills.• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Must have good organizational skills.• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
