JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY Matthews Tire is looking forqualified Sales and Service Advisors in Appleton and Menasha. Theseindividuals will direct and coordinate activities of technicians engagedin servicing or repairing automotive vehicles. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMonitors service work schedule of all General Service and Technicianassociates to assure quality work that is done on time. Supervises andtrains shop associates. Assists in repair and diagnoses and completesestimates of system or systems repair costs. Secures customer approvalto perform repairs. Oversees checklists completed by General Service andTechnician associates and makes recommendations for repairs. Maintainsinventory of repair parts and orders replacement stock. Ensuresequipment is clean and working properly. Analyzes defective equipmentand makes sure proper repairs are made. QUALIFICATIONS Strong customerservice and sales skills. Strong working knowledge of automotive repairand maintenance. Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience repairingautomotive vehicles and dealing with customers. Computer aptitude.
