Currently part of Medtronic, Medtronic has announced its intention of separation of Patient Monitoring (PM) and Respiratory Interventions (RI) businesses to advance the future growth and innovation of PM and RI and to reallocate investments and resources within Medtronic. The intended separation would provide our team a bold opportunity to unleash our potential and move with even more speed and agility.   In the Patient Monitoring Division we provide products, services and solutions to the most critical areas in healthcare; the Operating Room, Emergency Room and Intensive care units (ICU).   A Day in the Life

  You will be responsible for:

  Promoting and selling PMRI products within the assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with relevant (clinical) stakeholders, KOL and local Ad Boards and societies in close collaboration.

  Pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.

  Educating and developing knowledge for clinicians in a clinical setting with a focus on patient outcome.

  Conducting market research including customers and competitors’ activities.

  Executing on local market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

  Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing

  Must Haves

  • Relevant experience from clinical selling with a proven track record of success

  • Professional education or relevant degree

  • Proficient in Norwegian and English both oral and written

  • Located within the Territory, preferable in the Oslo area to service accounts effectively

  • Full clean driver’s license

  • Strong network in the healthcare sector in the respective region and business development capacity

  • Clear and assertive communication, with excellent presentation skills

  Nice to Haves

  • Clinical education/ Nursing background

  • Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others

  • Dynamic and willing to invest in their career

  • Good listener and service-oriented team player with an ability to understand and to execute plans

  • Independent with a high level of time management skills
