Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the vehicles you are selling, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of different vehicles.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently for sales transactions.
Follow-up: Maintain relationships with customers through follow-up communications and provide post-sale support.
Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the dealership.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have -
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Previous experience in sales, especially in the automotive industry, is beneficial.
Background in business, marketing, or a related field.
