CONTACTS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION This positionhas contact with specifying clients, purchasing customers, andend-users. Internal departments including: resource management, QA,credit, and key client services. Sales management, including local salesreps and sales coordinators in other offices. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSHighly motivated, energetic, possesses a dedication to excellence.Committed to continuous improvement. Experience with being social andengaging. Comfortable entertaining clients away from their place ofwork. Articulate; has excellent communication skills both written andverbal. Ability to handle problem resolution smartly and withconfidence; such as price, delivery, quality or installation problems.Desire to work as part of a team; responsive to clients and internaldepts. Organization and time management a must. Ability to work toMaharam protocol and process, without direct supervision. Computer savvywith working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Teams and Word;ability to learn various Maharam specific computer functions. EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, degree in InteriorDesign is preferred. 2-4 years of sales experience and/or Design and orindustry experience preferred.
