Apple is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the development and execution of the Apple Retail strategy for AppleCare within the Worldwide Channel Sales organization. The ideal candidate will partner with Retail Store teams, Apple Store Online, and Retail leadership in region as well as AppleCare Finance, Reporting & Analytics, and Geo Sales in order to successfully grow the AppleCare attach, increase revenue sales and elevate the customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating program initiatives, developing success metrics and KPI’s in alignment with leadership and cross-functional partners. You will also be responsible for developing and offering solutions to complex, ambiguous and high visibility business issues. This ideal candidate is comfortable in ambiguity but has an insatiable curiosity. You are discrete, high-energy, agile-minded, strategic, a direct communicator, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Qualifications
8+ years of related experience in channel sales, analytics, and business development.
Excellent communicator with emphasis on excellent soft selling capabilities, ability to influence people and teams without direct management responsibilities.
Outstanding project management and organizational skills; Organizationally savvy.
Intelligent quick learner with an analytical orientation, strategic vision, consensus building skills, and willing to take action.
Analytical problem solver with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs.
Independent and self-sufficient, able to excel with autonomy and ambiguity. You’re thoughtful, ethical, friendly, with a positive can-do attitude.
Track record of successfully designing and leading business projects to completion, adapting to new business topics and findings.
Ability to partner and influence within Apple Retail cross-functional divisions (ASO & ARS).
Proficient on MacOS (Specifically applied to Microsoft Excel and Keynote).
Strong written, presentation, and Keynote skills.
Strong quantitative skills with ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of information/data into simple and clear action plans.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and influencing the AppleCare business within Apple Retail as part of the Worldwide Channel Development organization. You will identify sales opportunities through detailed analysis and strategic insight, develop financial models to prove the case for new initiatives, and prepare persuasive presentations to ensure support among internal customers and inspire external partners. You will also be responsible for building process and reporting on performance to ensure new critical initiatives are successfully implemented at scale. - Analyze performance of AppleCare products and product enhancements in the Apple Direct channel. Glean findings and insights to build go-forward recommendations for scale. - Build actionable insights, plans to overcome selling obstacles and objectives, specifically aimed to support geo and market level preferences. - Partner with Retail Store teams to assess performance of quarterly actions, making recommendations and building streamlined process into go-forward evergreen business practices. - Build strategic revenue generating opportunities and solutions to scale the sale of AppleCare products in the Retail Enterprise channel. - Storytelling through keynote design. Build strategic keynote presentations to AppleCare and Retail leadership, updating on the progress to goals and performance of tactical initiatives. - Continually seek and implement initiatives for team optimization and business improvements.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Advanced degree preferred

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
