　　Job Description

　　AECOM Benelux is looking for a quality assurance coordinator as part of the development of its construction services.

　　You will be a member of the (Q)SH&E team in Benelux & France, within the construction management department and will be responsible for some of the following tasks:

　　Oversee and monitor the implementation of the quality systems to ensure full compliance with corporate guidelines, contractual requirements and/or international quality standards

　　Drive and manage the Quality Management Systems to ensure the quality standards are well communicated internally and in a timely manner

　　Ensure that internal project delivery system is utilized by operations

　　Support the Q&A manager in assuring that client and AECOM specific management systems are applied

　　Support the implementation of a strong QSH&E culture

　　Independently determines and develops approaches to (Q)SH&E solutions

　　Implementing safety, quality and customer focus in your day-to-day activities

　　Recommends and implements improvements in processes, design, procedures and operating equipment to minimize hazards in SH&E and Quality.

　　Coach and develop colleagues and contractors in Quality

　　Apply both quality assurance and control to all projects/programs

　　Monitoring of Quality data on monthly basis

　　Maintaining a zero accidents, incidents and spills mentality

　　Qualifications

　　Organizational effectiveness;

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills;

　　Strong knowledge of local legislation;

　　Sufficient understanding of management systems (, ISO9001, etc.);

　　Strong level of auditing skills

　　Proactive and have a good understanding of technical processes and quality standards

　　Exemplary behaviour with regards to safety and quality;

　　Strong customer focus.

　　Background in construction/project management environment

　　Required Profile

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SH&E and/or Quality management, engineering or similar technical fields of study;

　　Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal) Advantage if french is known.

　　3 to 5 years’ experience in a construction, industrial or consulting company;
