Sales Operations and Channel Enablement Leader
Your role:
Responsible for the fidelity, adherence, maintenance and execution of all commercial operation related processes in the market. These processes fall broadly within the key pillars of customer satisfaction with sales & operation planning, order fulfillment, commercial policy and pricing, Project Management, sales data analytics and reporting, sales excellence, channel sales support & operation., etc.
Ensures key capabilities and people competencies are in place and that reporting is timely, standardized and transparent, enabling best practice sharing and rapid problem solving.
Deliver operational excellence in line with Global and Market AOP target.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Responsible for the functionality and maturity of the S&OP process and the HS sales forecast on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for sales process improvement. Accountable to direct the equitable assignment of sales force quotas, ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and evaluates the effectiveness of the territory assignments. Proactively monitor and analyze performance and assist leadership team in developing account plans that will lead to AOP achievement Accountable for adherence to sales / funnel health scorecard on funnel accuracy, OIT predictability, Sales Predictability.
Channel Sales Support and Operation: Lead channel management and operation team to support the commercial & marketing with the creation and execution of business plan with business Partners. Define, implement, and train Partners on relevant indirect sales and services, as well as Philips processes and tools. Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end customer satisfaction. participate in the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Sales and Service Partners and create action plans to develop their capabilities.

Master’s Degree and>15 years of professional experience in sales operations management.
Experience in other commercial functions (PM, Purchasing, sales).
Customer Focus.
Strong process mindset demonstrated in process improvement role or management of complex business projects.
Strong experience in managing sales operation in complex business environments.
Experience in managing communication at all levels in the organization, and ability to interact at the highest level of the organization.
