  We are currently looking for a Sales Operation Specialist to join our Nestle Professional team.

  Location: Ankara

  Type of contract: Permanent

  As a Sales Operation Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

  Supports Regional Team for achievement of main Regional Sales KPI's and effective decision making with daily, weekly, monthly reports (sales parameters monitorization, individual & team performance, stock levels, customer-channel performance etc) and requested ad-hoc analysis

  Sales forecast by SKU and by region thrugh coordinating with sales team and submit as an input to MBP cycle in order to ensure optimum supply and stock levels.

  Collection and consolidation of requested data (by RSM) from the field team

  Ensures full product availability at all distributors, coordinating all ordering & shipment processes by constantly keeping in touch with Distributor Order Management Staff, Nestlé Customer Services, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. For limited products performs quota allocation between distributors, coordinates and follows quota usage.

  Analysing monthly sales outcomes through scorecards for creating opportunities in the distributor & region & channel

  Ensuring distributor adherence to monthly primary sales plan

  Preparation of monthly accruals (for trade spends)

  Ensure tender and TTS budgets are maintained on the system in alignment with CCSD and highlight issues related to activities and accruals

  Which profile are we looking for?

  University Degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering)

  1 - 2 years field sales experience is preferred

  Strong analytical skills Capability to interpreting sales reports

  Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast pace environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization

  Ability to work in a close team environment with fast adaptation of communication style according to audience
