Key Responsibilities
Works in collaboration with Account GMs/Directors, Global Field Group HQ team, Region OM managers, Finance and legal to execute and track enhanced terms compliance and deviations; owns dashboards and KPIs. Analyzes and interprets business data and aligns with all parties and provides decision making report results.
Provide support for internal and external audits and resolve findings, e.g. SOX, ISO, KPMG, and Trade SKEE: order fulfilment polices and processes, rev recognition, OM background.
Develop and establish order management global business processes, standards & tools for global order management team and any other functional teams that are involved with “Quote to Cash” processes in collaboration with Finance, Legal, Global Credit and Collections, Global Invoicing, Trade, Operations and Logistics team.
Implement newly established policies and business processes globally and maintain its revisions.
Trains Sales, OM, and other business organizations on policies and processes.
Usually responsible for a large number of products and services in multiple regions. Supports Multi BU/Segment Large Order Process.
Provides customized ad-hoc reports as requested by management by extracting data from internal databases. Summarizes data in business and financial terms for management, executives, vendors, and other stakeholders.

U.S. Salary Range:
$140,000.00 - $192,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
