The Sales Operations Coordinator will collaborate with retailers and internal business partners to improve customer service, delivery performance and retailer satisfaction through driving consistency, quality, and accuracy in the handling of retail orders and requests.Answer phones and emails in a timely manner from internal and external partners.Analyze reports and take action to prevent or minimize impact of order fulfillment failures.Track backorders dailyWork in a team environment across multiple functions (operations, customer service, logistics, accounting, sales, and retailer) to provide a high quality of service to customers.Provide regular updates to Sr. Manager, Manager, Operations Director/ Production Manager and Sales Representative/Retailer as required.Schedule appointments for all deliveries to retailers, including updating external customer websites.Responsible for preforming the scheduler role when required.Attend team and production meetings weeklyAttend weekly sales meetings to provide updates on sales ordersResearch BOL's to resolve delivery questions for the retailerTrack orders from receipt through delivery to retailer. May assist with order re-entry or corrections to ensure quick order turnaround to customers.Troubleshoot and solve problems related to order fulfillment, accounting and other retailer or Sales requests.Track and report on floor sample orders, including new product launches from the time the order is placed to delivery.Assist with tracking merge sales ordersTrack and report on buy items such as frames, bed in box, along with non- standard production itemsTrack hospitality sales orderFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesAttend training sessions to strengthen knowledgeAssist with ensuring master data is correct in AX and RNAIf required assist with plant inventory quarterlyPerform other tasks if asked by my managerPreferred Qualifications:5 years or more previous customer service or scheduling experienceStrong professional communication skills (written and verbal).Demonstrated ability to think and work cross functionally to resolve or prevent customer facing issues.Analytical and problem-solving
