　　This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sales Operations Business Analyst (East), you will be responsible for :

　　Project manage various sales initiatives, including sales analytics and CRM related projects

　　Support the CLS East field sales teams through the design, testing, and adoption of sales analytics including KPIs on Sales rep performance, funnel volume and quality, and sales results.

　　Prepare operational and executive-level reports and presentations for sales management including Performance Dialogue, Business Area updates, and team performance (e.g. organizational KPIs, defining trends, providing analysis and reporting)

　　Serve as a Shareville (CRM) subject matter expert to drive Commercial Excellence within LD and provide direction for future Shareville enhancements

　　Identify opportunities and best practices to drive extended usage of existing customer management initiatives and improve sales efficiency

　　Engage key internal partners to address process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement

　　Interface with NAM Healthineers operations colleagues to position the CLS team’s requirements and inputs into various projects

　　Required skills to have for the success of this role:

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

　　Strong communication and project management skills to align and drive complex projects

　　Strong analytical skills including excellent MS Excel skills

　　Significant CRM / Sales / Marketing knowledge and experience required

　　Possesses excellent interpersonal skills

　　Excellent written, presentation and communication skills

　　Experience with SAP and Oracle Sales Cloud is preferred

　　Must be willing to travel up to 25% or more as required

　　The pay range for this position is 77k-105k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (8%) of base pay.
