POSITION SUMMARY As a Sales Operations Analyst at Inspire you'll support various Sales & Marketing initiatives for a fast-growing Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for providing reporting, process, and analytics support, with a strong emphasis on Power BI reports and data management. Successful candidates will be able to manage multiple requests simultaneously while balancing timelines and quality of work. Must be a quick-learner and able to adapt to shifting priorities. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Support preparation of reports for sales & marketing leadership, ad hoc reporting, and recommend improvements to existing reports Maintain and enhance Power BI reports, visualizations, and data extraction Monitor data accuracy and consistency between sources of truth and reporting Support adoption of tools used by field sales teams and ensure they have access to key data required to manage their business Assist in report review, audit, publication and rollout Display a passion for solving problems with data Evaluate third-party applications for appropriate sales operations functions as needed QUALIFICATIONS Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree Preferred: MS Office Certifications, DA-100 Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI Required Experience: 2+ years of experience with sales reporting and analytics (or equivalent coursework) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Demonstrated proficiency with one or more data visualization applications such as Power BI, Tableau, or other Proactive, self-motivated and results oriented with strong analytical skills Committed to accuracy, clarity of reporting and attention to detail Excellent time-management and organizational skills - able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong aptitude for achieving successful outcomes: intelligent, tenacious, objective oriented Continuously curious and investigative by nature Preferred Experience: Direct experience with Power BI for data visualization & writing DAX (strongly preferred) Direct experience with a Customer Relationship Management application (such as MS Dynamics CRM, SalesForce or similar) Inspire Medical Systems provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, status regarding public assistance, membership or activity in a local commission, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, and local laws.
