If so, the Sales and Marketing Support Executive works closely with the Market Director, Management team, and Sales Representatives to find sales, marketing, and educational opportunities to help grow the market and increase sales while adhering to CMS guidelines. The Sales and Marketing Support Executive is responsible for coordinating Community Outreach and networking opportunities; partnering with agents and managers to develop and implement marketing plans; managing projects and rolling out corporate programs at the market level; leading seminars and special events; managing expenses and submitting invoices. This position is also responsible for maintaining the local marketing budget and overseeing seminars, special events, educational and orientation programs, and accurately reporting this information. This position is also responsible for identifying grass roots marketing, educational and sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of work experience in marketingPrior experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities and volunteerism Active Health and Life Insurance licenses or ability to obtain prior to start datePrior experience with public speaking or presentations Prior experience with technology to include high level use of laptop and mobile phone devices, proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of or comparable knowledge of CRM tools and other sales/marketing resourcesThis role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits Must reside in the Baltimore, MD area
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associates degreePrior experience in the health solutions or financial industries Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance
