FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary:The SalesManager will be a subject matter expert in the field of onsite employerservices with an emphasis on wellness, prevention and population health.This individual will be responsible for following the sales process andmeeting the goals as identified by the Employer Services leadershipteam. This individual will typically be responsible for all large groupemployers of 250 and above assisting and interacting on an ongoing basisto develop meaningful relationships that serve the needs of theircustomers. Travel is required. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: Seven years of direct sales experience of health-relatedproducts/services is required. Seven to ten years in direct sales ofhealth-related products/services, marketing/community relationsexperience is preferred. Experience working at a healthcare organizationis preferred. Health, wellness, health insurance industry and/oroccupational medicine experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, or BusinessAdministration is required. Bachelor\'s degree in an unrelated field maybe considered. Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, BusinessAdministration or health care related field is preferred. TRAININGDESCRIPTION: Documented sales training and education beyondundergraduate degree. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Demonstrates evidenceof leadership, group facilitation, integrity, initiative and written andverbal communication skills. Skills in planning, organizing, financialanalysis and budgeting required. Recognized industry leader demonstratedthrough Board presence, organizational membership, and presenter at thelocal and national level preferred. Employment experience anddemonstrated knowledge of sales tracking and management software(Salesforce) preferred.
