POSITION: Sales Manager

　　DEPARTMENT: Sales

　　REPORTS TO: General Manager

　　FLSA STATUS: Salaried Exempt

　　Summary

　　This individual will be responsible for performing all sales-related functions to meet and/or exceed the established sales goals for the Great Hall and sponsorships in the Theater.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

　　Accomplish monthly and yearly sales goals by using Sales principles to promote the Great Hall as well as sponsorships and premium seating in the Theater.

　　Required to not only follow-up on Inbound leads but more importantly Outbound/Outreach of private event sales efforts.

　　Network with other ASM Global venues for sales strategies and tips.

　　Prepares estimate for rental of the Great Hall using established rate card for review by General Manager. Prepares contracts for clients for the Great Hall for General Manager approval.

　　Acts as the Event Coordinator for Great Hall events to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful event. Work in coordination with Bar Manager and Operations to prepare the event for the client. Works with outside vendors as needed.

　　Responsible for dealing with the Patron sponsorships and ensuring their continued partnership year after year as well as obtaining new sponsorships.

　　Responsible for monitoring and responding to customer service surveys for all events in the Theater and Great Hall through the Corporate approved vendor.
