A growing company in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the food/beverage or manufacturing sector.
Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize individual and collective performance.
Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management for strategic planning.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food/beverage or manufacturing industry is a huge plus.
Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
