  JOB REQUIREMENTS: I-State Truck Center\'s location in Madison Wisconsinis looking for a Sales Manager to represent Western Star products. Wehave been a market leader in the service industry for over 50 years, andwe have excelled at providing solutions and adding value for ourcustomers. Industry experts like you already know that Western Star isthe leader in heavy duty truck sales. We\'re looking for a strong SalesManager to support our sales team by providing exceptional leadershipthrough a strong understanding of the industry and the Western Starproducts. JobResponsibilities: Represent I-State Truck Center in truck sales for bothnew and used vehicles Able to work independently to build to expand yourclient base while being part of a team in the bigger picture Continuallyfocus on strengthening your business relationships and growing yournetworks in new ways as well as through tried-and-true methods Use yourinnovative sales prowess to contact new business leads and generateinterest with potential customers Function as a brand ambassador forWestern Star by demonstrating your outstanding technical expertiseAssist customers in all aspects of the sale: complete sales orders andrelated paperwork, coordinate financing with the appropriate department,receive payments and proofs of insurance, process title and tagpaperwork with the appropriate department, prepare vehicles fordelivery, deliver vehicles to customers, and ensure they understand allvehicle features, explain warranties, answer all customer questions, andhandle any special customer requests as needed Always be part of theteam Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge ofand experience selling Class 6,7 and 8 vehicles is preferred but notrequired Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well asgood listening skills Must be the type of person who thrives on makingcold calls and enjoys new business development Exceptional timemanagement skills A team-player attitude and the ability to get alongwell with individuals from all walks of life High degree ofself-motivation Be a problem-solver who will do what it takes to get ourcustomers the results they need in a professional manner Not requiredbut preferred Class B CDL license (will be required after 6 months ofemployment) Benefits Include: * Excellent compensation * Continuingcertification training * Generous benefits including insurance options,paid time off, holiday, and 401(k) with employer match Please note thisjob description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensivelisting of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required ofthe employee for this job.
