　　The Startup Banking team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world's most innovative companies. We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver the entire firm to our clients. As a Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) specializing in Startup Banking.

　　Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset balanced with the ability to manage risk (credit, operational, and reputational) appropriately

　　Be passionate about innovation, the start-up eco-system and entrepreneurship, leading to a desire to stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships

　　Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

　　5+ years of related experience

　　Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services

　　Excellent sales management and business development skills

　　Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships

　　Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

　　Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done

　　Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

　　Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred
