We are looking for a talented Sales Management – Manager to join our specialized SALES team for our Meritor area in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MEXICO.
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
Leads a sales organization and is responsible for sales activity and operations for a medium to large segment of the business (e.g., territory, product line, and market segment).
Monitor that sales staff work safely and that the Cummins-Meritor safety culture is present and embedded within the sales staff.
Consistently provides sales staff training, development and motivation for profitable growth by working with all sales staff to provide customers with valuable Cummins-Meritor solutions.
Sets and achieves sales objectives related to revenue and profit objectives. Drives sales by planning, controlling and directing the activities of sales personnel. Collaborate with Human Resources to hire as appropriate.
Define/implement the strategic sales approach for a medium to large business segment.
Drives the utilization of Cummins-Meritor tools and processes, such as the Cummins-Meritor sales process and customer relationship management (CRM).
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
Bachelor or Engineering Marketing or similar
7 years of sales experience
Knowledge of sales experience, data analysis, sales strategies.
Market Intelligence, KPI', Sales Indicators by region
Knowledge of Finance (AOP, Costs, Pricing Strategies, ROI)
Interaction with different internal areas, Leader of other areas without having a direct report from the areas
Lead projects, project management, direction and problem solving.
Personnel management, training management and development of internal staff.
Knowledge of sales platforms, salesforces, Power BI, ERP (Oracle, SAP)
