Our rich beliefs in innovation and continuous improvement, paired with the diverse and creative mindsets of our students, leads to the development of our best-in-class products, positively impacting the lives of people all around the world.We are committed to the personal and professional development of our students and are proud to encourage their growth into our leaders of tomorrow.Highlights:Partner with team members from global locations - 5 manufacturing locations worldwide.In this 6 month long rotational program, you will spend time at our headquarters in Bothell, WA before being placed in your territory sales position where you will be tasked with developing long-term rental customer relationships and expanding market shareReal World Responsibilities:During your time with us you will:Rotate through inside sales/customer service, product management, manufacturing operations, & financeShadow customer visits with tenured sales team membersAfter placement, drive to various rental yard customers and develop relationships to negotiate long-term sales for the full line of Genie products and track in Salesforce (is not a simple collecting orders sales position)Act as a liaison and balance between the needs of the customer and the companyAs part of our team we will:Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your careerMust haves:Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or higher in sales, business management, marketing or similar field or graduated within last two yearsWillingness to train in Bothell, WA for 6 monthsTravel up to 75%Are adaptable, innovative, a team player, and proactiveNice to haves:Open to relocation within the USPrevious sales experienceData analytics or pricing experiencePast experience building relationships through collaboration, listening, and time-managementExhibit strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energyFamiliarity with KPIs / SalesforceThe compensation range for this position is $94,400 - $141,600 annually (based on Seattle market range, final compensation will be based on where the position is located).
