　　Project Overview: This project involves the modernization of our client's legacy data systems, transitioning from Oracle, DB2, and VBA to a more contemporary SQL and PowerBI environment. The focus will be on utilizing ETL processes and Python programming to efficiently migrate and restructure data, thereby enhancing the client’s analytical and reporting capabilities.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Analyze existing Oracle, DB2, and VBA data systems to understand the structure, limitations, and dependencies.

　　Design and implement ETL processes to migrate data to SQL databases.

　　Develop and optimize SQL databases for improved performance and scalability.

　　Utilize Python for data manipulation, transformation, and automation tasks.

　　Create and customize PowerBI dashboards for enhanced data visualization and reporting.

　　Work closely with the client’s IT team to ensure seamless integration and transition.

　　Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

　　Provide training and support to the client’s team on the new systems.

　　Document the entire process and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

　　Strong experience in database management and migration, particularly with Oracle, DB2, SQL, and ETL processes.

　　Proficiency in Python for data-related tasks.

　　Experience in developing PowerBI dashboards and reports.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

　　Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Prior experience in retail or grocery chain data systems.

　　Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and integrations.

　　Experience in large-scale data migration projects.
