About Sales Excellence Intern

  Seeking a motivated intern to assist in evaluating sellers and seller learning strategy, establish metrics and KPIs across multiple initiatives, and to transform Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). This role will involve supporting the Sales Excellence team in evaluating data, optimizing lead assignment strategies, contributing to revenue growth initiatives, conducting research studies, and establishing metrics to gauge seller effectiveness.

  Key Responsibilities

  Explore lead attribution models and understand customer propensity to buy.

  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead generation strategies and assist in optimizing MQL criteria for enhanced SAL conversion.

  Support in evaluating and refining lead attribution models to track touchpoints across the customer journey effectively.

  Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify skill/knowledge gaps and successes.

  Aid in establishing metrics and KPIs to assess lead quality, sales pipeline velocity, revenue attribution, seller learning strategy, and seller effectiveness.

  Work closely with team members to help improve lead handoff processes and contribute ideas for increasing conversion rates.

  Assist in utilizing data analysis tools to evaluate customer behavior, customer buying patterns, and seller effectiveness.

  Contribute to creating reports and dashboards that illustrate key performance indicators and assist in decision-making processes.

  Learn and adapt to industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences to support the team's strategies.

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  Pursuing bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing.

  Summer intern between junior and senior year

  Obtain degree between Dec 2024 and June 2025

  WE VALUE

  Advanced presentation design skills, with an ability to effectively communicate concepts both verbally and visually to various audiences.

  Background in user experience.

  Experience with qualitative vs. quantitative research methods.

  High fluency in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness.

  Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
