Job Description:

Sales Excellence Director - Erlanger, KY, Chicago, IL, or Kennesaw, GA

Steers development and implementation of strategies and processes to drive and enhance sales performance within ADM across all the businesses in Human Nutrition. Drives template and regional alignment across Human Nutrition and is the link between the different businesses and regions from a sales steering perspective.

Designs globally and delivers comprehensive metrics and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities of the team for different sales roles

Partner with business and sales leads to define sales excellence strategies aligned with overall business objectives

Supports the regional execution of improved sales processes

Steers ISD

Implement sales technologies and tools to support the sales success

Steers customer segmentation and service grid levels

Identify and implement business relevant key performance indicators and reports with cross functional insights

Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with other functions to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization

Drive utilization of SFDC and other related CRM activities to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, pipeline management and budget realization

Establishing processes to ensure data quality within sales reporting landscape

Qualification and experience:

Bachelor's degree, an MBA is a plus.

10 + years work experience in sales or commercial roles driving change management, training, and sales enablement

Experience in leading and influencing internationally diverse teams (cross-functional).

Experience in building new processes and leading change management projects(organizational and process knowledge)

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a desire to simplify and improve ways of working

Decision-making experience

Strong influencing skills and proven ability to work in a matrix organization

Entrepreneurial mindset
