The Opportunity
Are you proud of your background in the automotive industry? Are you a leader who can work across both direct reports and client relationships while showcasing your talents? If these things define you then you may be the right person to become Ally’s next Regional Fixed Ops Manager. Ally is a leader in Fixed Operation Consulting; encompassing service drive training, factory warranty consultations, dealer process development and beyond. We offer many innovative services designed to help dealers be successful.
The Work Itself
· Serve as a subject matter expert for Ally’s Fixed Operations Consulting programs
· Manage direct reports’ day-to-day activities; provide ‘on the ground support’ as needed
· Deliver on strategic initiatives including revenue targets, acquisition targets, and retention targets
· Cultivate a strong partnership with sales teams and other matrix partners
· Lead strategic acquisition and retention conquest activities through thoughtful and focused action planning
· Ensure quality of team activities meets standards and that dealer feedback is gathered and solicited
· Support culture of continuous growth and development
· Ability to collaborate cross functionally and present key topics
· Ability to think strategically and influence
The Skills You Bring
Technical mechanical knowledge required5+ years of experience in franchised dealership Fixed Operations and/or Service management preferred2+ years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.MBA preferred.Ability to travel required (up to 40%).Proficient in MS Office programs.Ability to work independently.Excellent written/oral communication skills.Experience in Dealership fixed operations or strong automotive industry background.Ability to forge relationships across the organization.How We'll Have Your Back

Experienced: 107500
Expert: 125000
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
