  JOB REQUIREMENTS: For over 50 years, Marathon Special Products (aRegal-Rexnord company) has been a leading manufacturer of electricalproducts and systems. We are currently looking for a highly motivatedSales Engineer who will be focused on rapidly expanding the sales ofpower distribution products and aftermarket services. Position Summary:Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will serve as a key member ofthe sales team. This is a hands-on role responsible for proactivelydriving the go-to market sales strategy and developing our channel tomarket. This is a great opportunity for someone who would be excited andenergized to join a strong sales team within a rapidly growingorganization. Major Responsibilities: * ChampionsRegal Rexnord values and maintain conduct in accordance with RegalRexnord vision, mission, initiatives, and company policies. * Workindependently and own the development and growth of a strong strategicmarket. * Be the primary contributor to a new regional plan to achievesales success in the area with the support of other regional salesengineers and a seasoned leadership team. * Enjoy the benefits of astructure that encourages 100% focus on customer actions and salesactivities through strong independent estimating, project management andservice execution teams. * Provide both product and service solutionsthat allow for continuous life cycle interaction with end users,integrators and contractors. * Bring a strong industry name to a wholenew area of the country and drive our development and growth. * Managestakeholder relationships while driving direct customer growth anddevelopment. Required Education, Experience and Skills: * Bachelor\'sdegree in Business or Electrical Engineering/Power Engineeringpreferred. * 5+ years\' Sales experience, preferably in the PowerManagement industry. * Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred. *Strong track record of developing and executing strategic salesinitiatives that delivered on rapid revenue and margin growth objectivesvia a clear set of KPIs. * Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful &results orientated with a mindset of continuous improvement. *Recognized by peers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highlymotivated. * Outstanding sales ability and closing skills. * Customerfocused with a passion for customer success. * Strong presentation andcommunication skills. * Ability to engage and build value-basedrelationships at all levels and functions within customer and RegalRexnord organizations. * Ability and desire to occasionally travelacross North America.
