Job Summary:
The Program Manager- Continuous Improvement, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will support multiple projects or a portfolio of related projects that are aimed at achieving the department objectives, specifically for the Security Assurance Program workstream.The Manager ensures that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, required quality standards, and when possible, the implementation of improvements. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that drive continuous improvement and ensures the successful achievement of team goals.
Essential Functions:
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Identify improvement opportunities and lead the team in developing and implementing solutions to drive measurable improvements.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure that improvements are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Develop and maintain a system for monitoring and reporting on improvement initiatives and outcomes.
Provide support to Program Leads in terms of task coordination and/or completion.
Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and other quality management requirements.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, through communication, education, and recognition of achievements.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or quality management with at least five years of experience in continuous improvement or quality management roles and policy development. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Competencies:
Quality management certification, preferred.
Strong understanding of both policy and change management.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies, including relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001).
Strong knowledge of security risk management.
Effective leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve its objectives.
Able to lead cross-functional teams to the successful delivery of measurable improvements.
Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as a team leader.
Strong project skills including budget and timeline management.
Able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and committed to identifying and recommending process improvements.
Adaptable to a fast paced, high demand, and dynamic work environment.
Attentive to detail with a high degree of personal organization.
Responsive and responsible attitude.
Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills regarding data interpretation and visualization.

Computer skill; Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
