About Sales Enablement Manager

  Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Enablement Manager with a strong background in project management and expertise in the MEDDPICC sales methodology. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales enablement programs to empower our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and skills required to drive success in a competitive and growing market.

  Responsibilities :

  Sales Enablement Strategy:

  Assist in developing sales playbooks and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales training needs and gaps.

  Force Management/MEDDPICC Expertise:

  Possess a deep knowledge of Force Management/MEDDPICC sales methodology.

  Incorporate Force Management/MEDDPICC principles into training programs to enhance the sales team's ability to qualify and close deals effectively.

  Content Development:

  Develop engaging and effective training materials and playbooks to support the sales process.Support the curation of published courses and knowledge base resources.

  Manage the timely development and approval of enablement deliverables.

  Training Delivery:

  Conduct engaging training sessions for the sales team, in-person and virtually.

  Foster a continuous learning culture, providing ongoing training and support.

  Performance Measurement:

  Help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.

  Analyze metrics and feedback to iterate and improve training initiatives.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; data analytics is a plus.

  Proven experience in sales enablement, with a focus on program design and measuring program effectiveness.

  In-depth knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.

  Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a familiarity with managing the needs of diverse learning groups.
