The Sales Development team plays a critical role in the growth of our organization. Our team works in collaboration with sales and marketing nurturing leads and setting qualified discovery calls that ultimately lead to new business and new revenue.IN THIS ROLE YOU GET TO:Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makersResearch and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaignsPerform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects' business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or emailApply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teamsWork in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your teamON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish (native level), presentation, and relationship management skillsA passion for technology and software sales, 1-2 years of customer facing experience is preferredAbility to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external),A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasksThe ability to thrive in a company environment of rapid change; reacting to management initiatives; taking the "customer view"; adopting customer corporate 'perspective'; accepting change to business/personal situationsResourcefulness and results driven operating styleCollaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impactAND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE ABILITY TO REPRESENT SNOWFLAKE AND THE VALUES WE STAND FOR:Get it Done: The ability to meet and exceed metrics and sales quotasOwn It: The ability to build our product and company like it's your own, specifically defining and executing sales plans to meet strategic & financial targets, leveraging industry, partner & Go-to-Market knowledgeIntegrity, Always: This ability to provide open, honest and respectful feedback creating an inclusive work environmentThink Big: Ambition to meet our big goals. The estimated base salary for this role is $52,500 - $62,475.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assist
