This is a great opportunity! Betterez is adding a SDR role to our commercial organization in Mexico to help further accelerate growth.
The SDR will focus on researching and locating new clients. With the support of Marketing, Business Management, and Customer Success, the SDR will seek out new clients, follow up on online leads, manage a client funnel, communicate the value of the Betterez platform, coordinate SaaS demonstrations, prepare and present contracts, follow up for signatures, and facilitate the transition to Customer Success for client setup.
The SDR must have the skill to identify potential clients through a brief study of the customer experience in the market, their current resources, and their business vision.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to Betterez's revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities.
Develop expertise in the value proposition of Betterez SaaS, identification of typical customer issues, customer decision criteria, evaluation process, and objections in the sales cycle.
Research and discover new potential clients for SaaS, utilizing in-person visits to client statins or offices as needed
Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings for Betterez SaaS demonstrations with clients to identify critical needs and demonstrate the business value of Betterez SaaS.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
After contract signing, collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a successful client transition and help maximize implementation success.
Ability to analyze and create databases of potential clients by prioritizing key customers.
Ability to process and keep your CRM up to date.
Ability to process and keep the organization's management tools up to date.
Must contact clients via telephone maintaining a clear and effective relationship.
Must contact clients through online tool (email, social media) while respecting the product and brand standards.
Key Requirements – The SDR must have the following skills, disposition, and experience:
Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline.
Ability to identify potential clients and generate a large number of sales opportunities in the early stages of the sales process.
High-quality presentation and value-based selling skills.
A collaborative approach to working with partners or colleagues to achieve desired customer outcomes.
Ability to work remotely/autonomously while achieving sales goals and staying informed to the management team.
Interest in being part of a fast-paced, growing company.
This is a remote role that engages with prospects virtually; however, travel may be required for meetings or conferences.
Experience in the bus industry or general travel/transportation (desirable).
