　　The Role

　　Supervises employees who test and/or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications. The ability to obtain a Confidential Clearance is required.

　　Must Have

　　Apprentice graduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience. OR Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT, Dimensional Control) & 0 Years. Master’s degree and 2 years relevant experience.

　　4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.

　　8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree and experience.

　　Nice to Have

　　This candidate should have a working level knowledge of MT/PT/ET/VT inspection processes and principles across the various programs. The candidate should have considerable knowledge of the safety, security, and execution requirements for NDT. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build and lead teams within their own organization. Also, must be able to obtain/ maintain a minimum of a confidential clearance.
