  Sales Development Representative

  Location: Netherlands (Home-Based or Hybrid)

  Position Summary:

  As a Sales Executive, you will support the sales team in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and assisting in the sales process. This entry-level role provides valuable experience in sales and lays the foundation for a successful career in account management.

  Main Responsibilities:

  Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and marketing activities ( align with the marketing team)

  Qualify leads by understanding client needs, assessing their fit with the company's offerings, and determining their potential as sales opportunities

  Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

  Process sales contracts internally according to the EMEA sales process

  Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-up activities

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

  Help the sales team to close deals in a timely manner by completing customer POs and proposals

  Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner

  Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential sales opportunities

  Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

  What You Bring to The Team:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  Multi-language skills: English, Dutch

  Minimum 3 years of professional experience

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success

  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a sales role

  Fluent in presenting to our key Sectors – Transportation, Utilities, Energy, Marine/offshore

  International work experience

  Experience generating Leads for Sales of IBM MAXIMO licenses, Implementation Projects, plus Additional Services to existing clients.

  Familiar with Enterprise Asset management and Strategic sales process.
