BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 5+ MonthsJob Type: Full time Monday thru Friday (Hybrid, 1 days a week in the Marshall, MN office)Pay Range: $22/hr - $24.50/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Requirements:Loan documentation.Computer skills.Legal/lease documentJob Description:Coordinates the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated time frames. Communicates with staff, customers/clients, realtors, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file. Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory and investor requirements and customer service standards.
