Overview:

Xerox Corporation isan information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst who will support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation sales plans for Xerox sales. The role will deliver operational support within the global sales compensation team and partner with other business units within Xerox for successful sales compensation delivery. As a Sales Compensation Analyst you will work closely with the sales, finance, and HR teams to assist in designing and administering sales compensation plans. This role involves processing sales compensation administration and pay, analyzing current compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.

What You'll Do:

Administer and calculate sales commission and payments accurately and promptly.

Address disputes related to sales compensation in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations regarding sales compensation.

Provide training and support to sales teams regarding compensation plans and policies.

Assist in developing and managing sales compensation plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Analyze and evaluate current sales compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and motivating.

Monitor the effectiveness of sales compensation plans and propose adjustments, as necessary.

Develop and maintain documentation and reporting systems for sales compensation plans.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data and process integrity.

Assist in the tracking of sales incentive programs; SPIFs, CEO Club

What You Need To Succeed:

Bachelor's degree: Xerox typically requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Candidates with alternative routes of ‘gained knowledge’, both within Xerox and externally, are encouraged to apply. Experience with Go-To-Market strategy or sales performance management systems.

Experience with SAP Commissions System preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Access, Power BI).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of sales and finance principles.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
