Sales Back Office (SBO) Team supports Philips’ Sales Departments across the world. The team makes sure that orders are compliant with contracts and prepares a package of documents for further booking. SBO is responsible as well for the preparation of official letters and statements which are shared with partners for example for tender purposes.

　　Your role:

　　Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with the use of SAP and other supporting tools.

　　Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).

　　Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner.

　　Continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines.

　　You're the right fit if:

　　you are a student in at least 2nd year of Bachelor studies.

　　you are fluent in English and Italian.

　　you are available to work at least 30 hours/week.

　　you have a basic knowledge of Excel (knowledge of SAP is an asset).
