About Sales Assistant

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in the Service industry, based out of Boca Raton, Florida. This role involves significant interaction with customers, with a focus on outbound sales and lead generation. The Sales Assistant will be tasked with researching potential leads and initiating conversations with prospective customers, with the aim of securing interest and facilitating sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to both existing customers and potential leads

• Utilize provided scripts to engage customers and generate interest in products or services

• Collaborate with sales representatives to transition interested parties for further discussion

• Conduct follow-up interactions via email when necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook, for data management and communication

• Leverage CRM platforms to maintain accurate customer records and track interactions

• Navigate complex customer inquiries and complaints, demonstrating patience and empathy

• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make swift decisions as needed

• Apply sales experience to maximize lead generation efforts

• Maintain flexible work hours to accommodate customers in various time zones. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

• Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Experience in handling cash activity

• Knowledge of closing processes in sales

• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively

• Experience in interacting with C-Suite executives

• Proven record in outbound sales

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role

• Ability to work in a service industry environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
