　　We have an immediate opening on our regional sales team for a Sales and Trade Marketing Assistant to support Asia's developing markets. Based out of our Taiwan office, this person will report to the Regional Manager for Asia Sales. Our Sales A ssistant will be a key point of contact for coordinating data and information, sales and marketing materials, and activities to enable the ADM sales and marketing team to reach and exceed our regional sales and growth targets.

　　What You-ll Accomplish

　　Support our ADM sales leads with distributor sales activities, inventory management, and customer order information to grow and develop your knowledge and capabilities in these areas

　　Work across our internal supporting functions (Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance, etc), to facilitate the sales process to ensure smooth Distributor operations

　　Assist with social media planning and execution for our ADM Distributors, monitor activity, and become a subject matter expert internally to identify trends that will increase our ability to reach consumers in the region

　　Collaborate with ADM Distributors to collect and share social media content

　　Assist with the handling of consumer complaints and process related paperwork for ADM market consumers

　　Support ADM sales and marketing team with administrative tasks

　　In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who has a successful track record supporting sales and marketing teams and is seeking to grow in their career. Other requirements include:

　　A BA degree in marketing or business administration

　　2+ years of brand, trade marketing, or sales experience

　　Can demonstrate their creative problem-solving abilities and have a track record of getting things done by collaborating with others

　　Has successful project management experiences

　　Has shown development in their leadership and collaboration skills delivering against sales and marketing goals

　　Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability and comfort to present ideas and decisions to a variety of audiences.

　　Computer proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

　　While a prior sales assignment is not required, the candidate must have a good understanding of the work of a sales and trade marketing team, and how to guide a trade marketing team member from a distributor to execute against marketing goals.

　　Designing ability and social media management experience are preferred.

　　Preferred understanding of distributor systems for consumer products.

　　Experience with natural or premium branded consumer products and pet owner preferred.

　　Prior experience in the Pet Care category is not required but would be helpful.
