HandH Holdings dba Flooring, Cabinets and More has sales and design openings in our kitchen, bath and flooring department. We are looking for personnel who are adaptable to all design styles, has a solid skill set concerning all areas of kitchen and bath cabinet design and sales, as well as countertops and flooring, and is able to effectively communicate with clients and potential clients in order to provide an outstanding level of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be working at our Jamestown ND showroom. This role focuses on cabinets specifically, which includes the various styles, dimensions, finishes, hardware and more. Your ultimate job is to make a customer's dream become a reality, from the moment you first shake hands with them in the showroom, to the moment your cabinet design is finally installed! Other design work including countertops, flooring, lighting and more will go hand in hand and will be a part of your daily activities as well.

　　Job Duties:

　　Greet and assist (walk in and appointments) with a wide range of customers, including homeowners and contractors. Successfully determine their functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.Assist clients in selecting appropriate cabinetry to meet those needs.Use design software and tools to create detailed kitchen and bath layouts and 3D renderings (2020 Design software)Maintain accurate and organized customer files.Manage projects from order inception through delivery and installation.Visit job sites as needed to measure and provide client services.* Job Requirements:*

　　Kitchen and Bath cabinetry design experience

　　Thorough knowledge of cabinet layout, millwork fabrication methods and materials.

　　2020 Design Live software experience perferred

　　Must be detail-oriented, well organized, a team player, and able to prioritize duties to meet assigned deadlines.

　　Strong listening and communication skills.

　　The ability to meet with clients and successfully assess their functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.

　　A very strong focus on client service and satisfaction.

　　Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations

　　Strong organizational skills.

　　The ability to successfully solicit professional services and obtain new clientele.
