Serve as the primarycontact for our customers while providing feedback and recommendationswhile offering solutions to improve crop production is a must. PositionResponsibilities Building strong customer relations by promotingindustry leading ideas and technology with current and future prospectedcustomers daily Provide crop scouting services to identify weed, insect,disease and plant nutrition concerns Collect, analyze and interpretvarious test results and prepare recommendations accordingly Work sideby side with the management team to achieve sales and quality goals.Obtain (CCA) Certified Crop Advisor Certification Ability to Lift 60lbs.Be able to pull, push, stand, walk without assistance. Work outside inInclement weather/driving conditions as well as be able to work aflexible schedule with after-hours emergency call-outs. Loads, secures,transports, delivers, and unloads specific crop support commodities toand from specified destinations Use of provided software for soilsampling, field mapping, crop planning and record keeping, and variouscrop production activities pertaining to customers Operates truck inaccordance to established safety procedures Must hold a valid Wisconsindriver\'s license with the opportunity to secure a CDL Maintainscompliance with Company DOT requirements and Drivers Manual Ability tocommunicate with supervisor of all maintenance and repairs of equipmentand supplies. Driver must keep the Company vehicle clean, inspectvehicle daily and report any problems in accordance with DOT regulationsand Company Policy.
