TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized mannerMonitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possibleOrganize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copyDaily interaction with all Functional TeamsMaintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material dailyAbility to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situationsWork on special projects as assignedMicrosoft Office proficient; Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint Well-versed in technology and technology trends

Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,900 - $64,050 based on a full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
OPTIMAL PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
2+ years' experience Administrative SupportDetailed knowledge and experience ¡n Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, ExcelAbility to become proficient in multiple IT applicationsExperience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgencyOutstanding organizational and follow-up skills - Discretion with sensitive informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequires creative thinking and problem-solving skillsRespects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
