SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility for the Sales Account Manager is to increase sales revenue and penetration of key Japanese accounts by managing direct, indirect and channel partners. Responsible products are Power device products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop sales strategies to increase sales revenue with existing and new customersDevelop and maintain relationship with all key customers and partners in JapanProvide competition and market information feedback to marketing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above in electronics engineering, physics, mechanics, or other technical disciplineMinimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in Power devicesStrong capabilities in account development and execution, relationship management and negotiatingAbility to gain trust and respect from customersEffective communication and presentation skills both externally and internally to develop strong relations with customers, partners, peers and Wolfspeed marketing and operational teamsExcellent computer skills to effectively track leads, and to prepare sales data and forecasts. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and forecasting toolsExcellent proficiency in written and spoken English and local languagesExcellent working experiences in a multi-national companyPossess strong self-initiative and willingness to learn new technologiesPossess strong analytical skillsWilling to travel including overseasPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SiC related working experience is preferredAbility to form strong customer relationshipsA sales manager with strong technical background is preferredAggressive mindset with focus on winning designs at customerThis role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management
