About Senior Application Developer

  OverviewJoin our growing team of smart, dedicated colleagues who share acommonmission: design, develop, and implement software applications to supportEsri's Training Team. Use your skills in several developer languages to helpour team produce training material and deliver training classes using numeroustechnologies. As part of the training team you'll collaborate withinstructors, IT, course developers, and other team members to build andsupport the training software applications.ResponsibilitiesEnvision, design, and develop internal applications and systemarchitectures for the Training DepartmentPartner with IST to integrate our interfaces with enterprise businessapplications and security infrastructureIntegrate applications with off-the-shelf web and print authoring tools,SharePoint, and Learning Content Management System (LCMS) productsEngage our content staff on requirements gathering for new softwareBuild system architectures to support multiple training applicationsRequirements5+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following: Python,Visual C#, .NET, or ASP.NET MVC architectureExperience with SQL Server, HTML, CSS, AngularJS and/or jQuery,JavaScript, Amazon Web Services (AWS)Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to workeffectively with all levels of end users in a professional mannerClient focused with a genuine desire to assist end users and resolve problemsBachelor's degree in computer scienceRecommended QualificationsMaster's degree in computer scienceFamiliarity with agile development and SCRUMExperience working with high-performance websitesExperience in a training environment or a commercial software companyFamiliarity with database and web server maintenance#LI-OH1

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role takeinto account many factors including but not limited to skill sets;experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other businessand oA reasonable estimate of the base salary range is$93,600 $162,240 USD
