　　We have a direct hire opportunity for a Senior IT Project Manager who has experience working for a professional services organization providing consulting services to external clients (as well as experience managing Salesforce implementation projects). This is for a company located in San Antonio, TX and although can be remote within Texas must be able to travel to San Antonio as needed and to client sites (about 20% travel).

　　Our client is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

　　High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field preferred

　　Minimum of seven years' experience of related experience required; ten or more years preferred

　　Demonstrate knowledge of project structuring and work planning (using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

　　Demonstrate knowledge/understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, ITIL methodologies

　　Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills

　　Comfortable working in a matrix environment and foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines

　　Excellent analytical, interpersonal and customer service skills

　　Ability to manage numerous complex projects simultaneously

　　Ability to focus on business value results, rather than solutions

　　Ability to manage scope change process and issue identification/resolution

　　Ability to ensure collaboration and coordination between stakeholders

　　Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

　　Develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)

　　Serve as project manager on customer technology projects, both on independent projects and/or as part of larger program efforts

　　Lead efforts involving work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports within time, budget, and specification constraints

　　Demonstrate competency in coordinating all aspects of complex projects in a range of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

　　Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in alignment

　　Ensure business value realization and optimization, through delivering new capabilities, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to add value.

　　Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

　　Identify and anticipate risks and issues; facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation

　　Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

　　Develop, communicate, and report on project progress to internal and customer stakeholders

　　Embrace a team environment to effectively deliver value to our customers

　　Educate customers and internal resources about project management best practices
