　　Responsibilities

　　Greet all customers with a friendly smile and quick, friendly, and personal service.

　　Learning customers their names, favorite products and food items.

　　Responds appropriately to customer concerns.

　　Prepare sandwiches and salads to recipe

　　Slice cold meats, cheese and bread, according to order or recipe.

　　Maintain a clean working area and other kitchen areas.

　　Produce, validate and store foods listed on prep sheet by recipe in a timely manner

　　Follow procedures and existing recipes.

　　Requirements

　　Previous customer service experience in a food establishment a plus.

　　Able to communicate politely and effectively with guests.

　　Positive, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude. 

　　Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations

　　Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
