The Consultant provides ongoing support and services to clients for accounting software solutions. The Consultant is a skilled problem solver who is successfully able to identify and troubleshoot problems and effectively communicates when completing all tasks. You have the ability to diagnose common issues and apply knowledge appropriately. How you'll create opportunities in this Sage Intacct Consultant role: Software Services: The consultant works with clients to deliver software consulting services, implement, and support accounting software solutions. Understands how, and when, to leverage existing client technologies. Plans accounting software implementations, configures software, develops training, builds financial statements and related metrics, and designs process improvements. Skilled at testing software to identify problem areas and recommend solutions for ongoing client service support. Integration Support: The consultant will become familiar with and learn the various integrations between solutions. The consultant will provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration errors. Data Migration: The consultant will work to assist with data preparation and imports into software systems. What you will need: 1+ (one) plus years of practical business, accounting, and/or finance experience Experience with other ERP packages including NetSuite, Sage and/or Dynamics is a plus, but not required.
