Roles Responsibilities

Safety Supervisor:

Responsible for overseeing all field safety reps on site.

Responsible for training and advancing field safety reps

Responsible for implementing and updating safety rules from IIPP.

Has skills and knowledge to provide leadership.

Has skills to communicate, public speaking is essential.

Ability to manage, analyze and understand safety trends and deploy innovative methods to improve situations.

Provide consultation and support for understanding safety policies and practices

Develops, Implements and Maintains Safety Documents

Assists in Safe Work Planning and Emergency Response Planning

Assists in auditing of safety practices and procedures

Assists in Implementing Site safety procedures.

Works closely with site supervision.

Works closely with client’s safety representative.

Must have advanced behavioral based safety techniques.

Must have good knowledge of OSHA regulations
