We are looking for a Sr. Technical Service Representative to join our Coatings team.

We are seeking a professional like you to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical success of BASF’s automotive refinish products. You will maintain high quality customer service standards at the Auto Auctions through process development, correct application of products, teaching hands on demonstrations. You will work closely with your Auto Auction Key Account Team to make sure our customers are improving their operations and increasing profitability.

Making process improvement recommendations that can be highly valuable to end users.

Helping end users be more proficient in product application, implementing new products and generating a positive experience with BASF branded products.

Leading presentations that are focused on introducing new products to market and supporting a better understanding of BASF branded products.

Participating in the technical aspect of the Key Account process.

If you...

Have experience of either training or working hands on with Automotive Coatings materials.

Possess solid understanding of technical aspects of Automotive Refinish Coatings.

Understand competitive products and tools.

Are able to communicate effectively, learn and grow.

Are knowledgeable of Microsoft Office tools.

Pay transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
